Rasasa is Bangsar South’s new stop for Malaysian fare that fuses classic flavours with contemporary flair: Vibrant kerabu-style salad of fresh pucuk paku and kacang botol tossed with tiger prawns, cherry tomatoes and crispy anchovies in sambal dressing; smoothly full-bodied chicken croquettes laced with spinach, layered with masak lemak emulsion; and hearty ulam fried rice with shrimp paste, cili padi and spiced fried chicken.
