J Cloud is a soothing pour of Ethiopian anaerobic cold brew with jackfruit and oat milk, capped with foam of clarified jasmine tea. Spark is an expressive refresher of Ethiopian Alo Bacha cold brew, fruit-bright with sparkling cascara, pineapple, yuzu, strawberry and bunga kantan.
