PJ Old Town’s new Confit features French flavours of ratatouille, onion soup, beef stew, braised chicken, croque monsieur and creme brulee, plus duck confit, naturally.
House-baked toast comes with three infused butters: Ratatouille butter, limau kasturi herb butter and honey garlic confit butter, each with a tasty twist.
Chunky duck leg is hearty with orange demi-glace, rosemary potatoes and croutons. Classic bakes like madeleines and financiers will be available soon.
