There are many brands of Manuka honey out there. So which one do you look for?

Manuka in Sunway Pyramid recommends looking for the UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) logo with the licence number to ensure it's imported from New Zealand, represented by the fern image. 

To be safe, visit umf.org.nz and look for the brand name. As an example, type in Manuka Wellbeing to find Manuka's full license.

As a quick guideline, opt for Manuka honey with UMF 5 and above. The higher the UMF number, the stronger the antibacterial and antioxidant properties.
