Hinode Bento: Now with a bigger space, longer hours, plus a new Sanshoku bento series

Fans of Hinode Bento, it's time to celebrate! Bukit Jalil's Japanese-inspired artisanal bento shop is bigger and better than ever - the store has recently expanded with a wider space and more dine-in seats, bringing more comfort to customers.
Its operation hours have also been extended, so patrons can savour dinner here on weekends - Hinode Bento is now open 11am-7pm on Tuesdays to Thursdays, 11am-830pm on Fridays to Sundays.
Finally, you'll also find a new menu here, showcasing a Sanshoku bento series that's simple but not basic, inspired by the Japanese artisanal spirit of 'shibui,' an aesthetic that values simplicity and the subtle beauty of minimalism.

Every bento here is made to order, with no pork and no lard, with attention to essential details.
The Sanshoku series includes choices of unagi, gyu yakiniku or shio salmon, with kinshi tamago (Japanese shredded egg crepe) and horenso gomae (sesame spinach salad) on the side.
The unagi is noteworthy for its unagi sauce, the soul of an eel dish, slow-cooked with chicken bones, vegetables and seven types of spices.
The unagi is of premium imported quality, grilled for a lightly crispy surface before the sauce is applied. It's then grilled again for a captivating aroma, resulting in a nutrient-packed bento that’s a visual and gastronomic treat.

End your meal with a premium roll cake, including a yuzu mango passion roll cake made with pure Japanese yuzu juice.
The fresh, thirst-quenching soda series includes yuzu cucumber soda, peach rose yogurt burst soda, and mango passion yogurt burst soda, while the milk series comprises matcha milk, hojicha milk and salted caramel choco milk, made with milk mixed with house-made sauces.
