Monster and Beer, Paramount Garden

With more than 99 bottles of beer on the wall, Paramount Garden's friendly new Monsters and Beer promises a fun return to evenings of exploring the world of craft beers. Our visit whisked us away to Hong Kong, the origin of two fruit-tinged temptations - a Longan Pale Ale by Mak's Brewery with plenty of depth and Gweilo's grapefruit-pureed Citrus Crusher that's exuberantly refreshing. Pair with snacks like onion cream baked oysters.
