Founder Regina runs a one-woman cafe for creative concoctions like the Chocolate Chestnut Tiramisu; After Kiss, a duet of mabroom dates with bold-cut butter, peanut butter and sea salt; and Shinano fresh lime cream with miso, nori and crackers.
Sip the Early Autumn hojicha with slow-stewed osmanthus apple and coconut foam while Fiona Apple sings on the speakers and Kuri (Japanese for chestnut) lazes on the sofa.
