The rice balls prove deliciously dense and moist, fragrantly infused with flavour, smooth with succulent, fresh-tasting meat.
Nasi lemak comes with daily-changing chicken choices, from Peranakan kapitan chicken to otak-otak with a poultry twist, made with chicken paste instead of fish.
