Belly & Mel, Mont Kiara

Soft-launched in Mont Kiara, Belly & Mel brings together two beloved cafe brands for the first time, fusing the Belly and Mel F&B families. 

Inspirations from both are woven into the kitchen, from Belly’s Oceanic Blast pasta inspired by fish head noodles to Mel’s Ebi Nori prawn ceviche taco, making this a terrific one-stop for fans of both brands. 

Playful Asian influences spice up the selection, spanning Szechuan-spiced duck confit with risotto to grilled sea bass with century egg chilli ragu. Even the (not-classic) carbonara is made distinctive with dashes of fermented beancurd. 

Beverages channel cool creativity too - the Camelia Yin Yong (oolong tea layered with coffee and milk) and Kumquat Suan Mei Tang (salty-sour and smooth with Mandarin plum) make for a satisfying Sunday sip.
