270 sqft may not sound like a lot of space, but it's enough to harbour the hopes of its founder Vivien, who opened her first cafe in Sri Petaling in March this year and ran it for nine months before relocating to Sea Park in a change of scene, name and concept.
Much of 270 sqft's furniture isn't in yet, but it's already welcoming customers with plenty of warmth.
Pop in for Klang-baked bagels, the tender kind, paired with possibilities such as cream cheese studded with spring onions; liquor-laced cakes like a salted caramel cheesecake lined with potently rum-infused coffee jelly; and handfuls of roasted Spanish almonds and Vietnamese cashews that make for merry munching.
Espresso-based concoctions come in uncommon varieties - sip on one latte that's nutty-textured-and-tasting with black sesame, and another that's blended with matcha for a densely robust hit of caffeine, bringing together coffee and green tea harmoniously.
