Korean BBQ buffs, bookmark Desa ParkCity’s new Sesang Galbi, specialising in pork ribs that take 72 hours to patiently perfect before reaching the table.

The signature spareribs are first marinated in bone broth for 24 hours, then in a secret seasoning sauce for another day before being aged for the final 24 hours.

The result is succulent sweetness, firm and full-fleshed, moist and meaty, served sultry and smoky from the charcoal grill.
