Ling’s Focacceria, Mutiara Damansara

Ling’s Focacceria has finally launched a physical cafe in Mutiara Damansara.

Focaccia fans can sit and savour a selection of their favourite fresh-baked bread in flavours that span the classic Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Olives to the more modern Miso Butter, Honey & Sesame Seeds, infusing an Asian umami oomph into an Italian staple, all available in half and full loaves that can be shared easily.

For breakfast, focaccia genovese is refashioned into a Malaysian kopitiam staple, served as scrumptious, snack-worthy soldiers with soft-boiled onsen eggs. For lunch, temptations include Kimchi Grilled Cheese Foccacia and Roman-inspired 'pizzas' on schiacciata flatbread.
