Taking over the venue vacated by Allo Paris at Damansara Perdanas Ritze Perdana 2, Bravo is an Italian restaurant run by a chef whos moved around in multiple locations in the Klang Valley.
Its no-frills fare here, not-bad food served at not-bad prices; sometimes theres even an all-you-can-eat counter of complimentary salad leaves & soup for customers who order main courses.
Not quite risotto, but the menu doesnt pretend it is; a hearty, well-prepared plate of rice with seafood & tomato-cream sauce clocks in at a reasonable RM22 before taxes. Satisfactory.
Meaty-creamy beef bolognese cannelloni (RM24++), a nightmare for carb-avoiding customers but ultimately honest food thatll fill our bellies without vexing our taste buds.
Bravo sells no booze but charges no corkage while still providing wine glasses. Bravo for that!

Whether its original or spicy, customers seem assured of fresh-tasting, juicy chicken.
If we could quibble though, its all tasty but theres not much of a distinctive flavor to the recipe.
Fluffy handmade honey-butter glazed biscuits, a cross between a cookie & cake.
Bonus stop: Sweet refreshment at the Vedablu ice cream shop in Phileo Damansara (the tenuous link? Bravos owner used to operate an outlet in this complex).
Our favorite combo: a scoop of peanut butter & another of French vanilla (RM12 for the double). Mild & delicate-tasting, with sufficient creaminess to satisfy.
Cant stop adding odds & ends to this entry: For folks seeking some more chilled treats, theres also frozen yogurt chain Red Mango, launched recently in Solaris Mont Kiara & Bangsar Village.
Some bites of this can be a bit powdery but its still decent; flavors include apple, green tea, blueberry & vanilla. Red Mangos international outposts span multiple continents, operating in Seoul, Dallas, Kuwait City & numerous other cities.
