Umi Ka Shin, Bukit Damansara

Umi Ka Shin is now ready to welcome diners to its sushi bar, after months of offering deliveries. 

This space in Bukit Damansara remained a work in progress when we visited,, with a menu that was being fine-tuned, but its friendly founders could still serve up an intriguing a la carte selection of nigiri and gunkan sushi, topped with Murasaki uni (RM45 per piece), engawa (RM19), torigai (RM13.50), ankimo (RM13.50), shirasu (RM7.50) and the eye-catching kuruma ebi (RM40), loaded up for mighty mouthfuls.
