Trattoria Mialino is REXKL’s new stop that spotlights Italian cured meat on pastas and in sandwiches.
Try the Fettuccine Shepherd’s Carbonara, uniquely prepared with fresh goat’s milk for a gentle tang, rounded out with pork cheek guanciale, egg yolk, Grana Padano, crushed peppers and toasted ciabatta.
Fun fact: Trattoria Mialino is the reincarnation of Kuchai Lama’s Basil Gourmet Store.
