Uncover the Umami Cocktail (RM38; sencha and shochu with London Dry Gin, dashi syrup, lime juice and miso); explore the Earlgroni (RM42; an Earl Grey take on the Negroni, mixed with gin, Aperol, Rosso Vermouth and bitters) and contemplate the Chamomile Highball (RM30; floral chamomile tea with gin, honey syrup and tonic).
