Nondua Cafe is PJ New Town's haven for vegetarian fare with Mediterranean flourishes - thoughtful recipes include a thick, textured soup of slow-cooked sakura melon with herbs and spices; crisp, lively rocket salad with chard, endives and Parmesan; and roasted tempeh wraps in rolled flatbread with chilli cream and sweet potato chips.
