Mont Kiara's new Liang's Dining channels a chic contemporary character into Chinese classics, weaving together colourful charm with floral flourishes.
Snacks to share include fresh crab stuffed in its shell, served with a deep, decadent crab sauce, plus densely crunchy fried mantou for dunking (RM28), grilled dumplings packed with pate of chicken meat and liver (RM28), fritters of sauteed pork layered with cubed yam, loaded with mixed veggies on a 'bird's nest' (RM27) and umami-laden garum rice steeped in the richness of chicken bones and kombu oil (RM5).
Main courses also sound intriguing, spanning dry-aged duck breast with taucu paste to beer-caramelised pork belly with lard and raw papaya salad.
