Founded by a Taiwanese-Malaysian family with a Taiwanese patriarch, TTDI's atmospheric new KO tempts us with a soulful taste of Taipei - its signature beef noodle soup is hearty and comforting, loaded with lots of tender beef, but the dry scallion noodles are even more delicious, fragrantly flavourful to the final strand. Snacks like deep-fried prawn gua bao and scallion pancakes with egg and spring onions are also available.
