Perched on the 10th floor of Bintang Collectionz Hotel, Bukit Bintang's new Khatulistiwa Skyline Dining specialises in Southeast Asian attractions, especially Filipino favourites with a pork-free twist.

Instead of the typical pork sisig, Khatulistiwa's sizzling highlight features bangus, marinated milkfish on a hotplate with eggs, onions and mayo.
