Is it possible to have a Penang-inspired meal at a Hartamas bistro? Yes, Sir: Char kuey teow (RM16; not quite as robust as Tiger's, nonetheless), completed with a cool cocktail called Semangkuk - essentially an icy bowl of cendol spiked with splashes of spirits (RM40).
