Bangsar’s new spot for chicken ramen, the latest location of The Tokyo Ramen soothes the soul with shio and shoyu in slow simmers.
The Shoyu features full-bodied noodles in clear, cleanly balanced chicken broth infused with seafood, shiitake and kombu, complete with aromatic chicken oil, roasted chicken chashu and creamy-cored chicken egg.
Chicken karaage and chicken gyoza are also available.
