A calm, cosy space for a meal, a chat or some contemplation: The 13 Cafe's menu sprints primarily through Western staples like steaks and burgers; the risotto with smoked duck breast (RM35) and pasta carbonara with pork bacon (RM18) won't be unlucky orders for customers who favour rich and creamy reinterpretations of Italian fare, made savoury with processed meat.
