Soooka’s Braised Duck Flat White Noodles is a should-try - superbly soulful, hearty and heartwarming, taking in Teochew and Thai inspirations, with tender, clean-tasting meat in a beautiful broth with a delicate depth of flavour, served with lively sambal and nutty-yammy kwang qiang fried beancurd snacks. 

Soooka has fun with its food, sourcing cakoi from an independent maker who’s been frying these specialities for 25 years. Try the Fusion Cakoi, an all-smiles attraction served in savoury-sweet style with cream cheese, egg mayo and honey, paired with cold-brewed kopi that brings together a classic kopitiam and a contemporary cafe.
