Hot dogs prepared by The Yard pie-and-milkshake purveyors, with hand-crafted sausages by the Beard Brothers BBQ meat specialists: Bringing both the sausages and the sizzle to the Sedap TTDI food-truck haven, this is a smokin'-hot new stop for fans of sausages with a rustic, real-meat texture, packed with punchy flavour, cooked to order and freshly slid into toasted buns, slicked up with all the mustard, ketchup, barbecue sauce or chilli sauce that you want (or none at all, if you prefer). Each hot dog (RM15) typically also comes with caramelised onions and relish, but we reached here so late on a Saturday night that Sausage Sizzle had completely run out - though thankfully, not of sausages.
