Its ramen-style strands come soulfully seasoned, heartily heaped with toppings like dry-aged crispy duck leg, gula Melaka minced pork, spicy braised beef, sticky-glazed grilled pork belly, roasted Oriental sausages, fresh prawn wontons, mapo tofu and more, complete with thick-textured chilli paste and soup.
