Publicly launching Tuesday next week, 28 November, RAYs beams brightly into B.Land PJ, catching the light with warm service to complement sunny fare.

RAYs’ repertoire is vibrantly lively and wide-ranging, spanning handmade scallion oil noodles to chilli gnocchi, pulled beef toasties to ebi katsu sando, honey butter French toast to buttermilk pancakes.

The Thai-inspired salmon salad is juicy and jazzy with colourful chunks of fresh salmon sashimi, grapefruit, pomelo, peanuts, spring onions, chillies, coriander and mixed leaves, balanced and buoyant in a gently zesty dressing.

Beverages also feel exuberantly energising, from the Fizzy Matcha with tonic to the Fresh Red cooler that layers espresso with apple juice.

Fun fact: RAYs is set to open its second location in Mont Kiara next year - its founders have purposeful plans to generate a genuine community among customers, cultivating human connections with sincerity and soul.
