Section 17’s new pho shop, Pho Lab is a 10-seat modern noodle bar in Happy Mansion.
The signature pho is blanketed with supple Australian beef slices and chunky slow-cooked beef back rib in a 16-hour beef broth that balances clarity with depth.
Kampung chicken pho is available, plus scallion noodles, herbal duck noodles and beef or chicken ramen.
Pho Lab by DeJane is founded by the folks who run the neighbourhood’s Jane’s Nem and 7AM Cafe.
