Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. Teach him how to get to Pak Lang Ikan Bakar and he'll eat for a lifetime.
Terrific stingray. The flesh was packed with flavour and incredibly moist.
The "terubok" fish was slightly less successful. Packed with tiny bones instead, so it was a bit of a chore to finish.Pak Lang Ikan Bakar,
