Nuuanbakes is Salak South’s new backlane bakery-cafe, a soulful corner for ciabatta, cookies and coolers, helmed with a welcoming heart.

Don’t miss the matcha ciabatta, crisp-crusted with a light crumb and measured bitterness, wonderful with whipped butter, red bean paste and chawanmushi.

The Pine-Cha is a matcha marvel, lovingly layered with house-blended pineapple juice. Also try the chunky chocolate cookie, buttery with soft-baked cocoa bliss.

Nuuanbakes soft-launches Saturday, 15 August, with its official opening on Sunday.
