Hinode Bento's meals are marvellous - fresh-tasting, each loaded with a well-balanced variety of quality ingredients over Japanese rice. The Salmon Don (RM35) and Bara Unagi Don (RM30) are the can't-fail crowd-pleasers, but there's something for everyone, from the umami-rich Nori Sake Ben (RM22; with salted salmon flakes) to the Buta Yamaimo Bento that channels home-cooked soulfulness (RM23; with stir-fried pork slices) to the irresistibly addictive Tori Karaage Bento (RM18; with tasty fried chicken chunks that stay crunchy even after nearly an hour).
