We rushed to El Cerdo's new offshoot after receiving the SMS that it was open. It's a cosy, charming nook that fits right in with the rest of Changkat Bukit Bintang. There's a vast range of very interesting tapas, most of which are devilishly sinful but taste heavenly.
Crispy pork crackling.
Pig's head jelly and Manchego cheese (sheep's milk cheese aged for 180 days).
Pig's tail stew in sherry and saffron sauce.
Stuffed pork tenderloin with onion marmalade.
Semi-cured chorizo cooked in red wine and apricots.
Spanish lamb casserole.
Black pudding/ blood sausage with red pepper and San Simon cheese.
