Eggin, Bukit Damansara

Veteran barista Alang makes a mean magic and a fab flat white for pick-ups on the porch of this Bukit Damansara home. Alang's new effort, Eggin, is meant to eventually open as a cafe in Plaza Damansara nearby, but for now, it's nice to watch Alang at work outdoors in this pleasant leafy space, a reminder of our first encounter with him exactly 10 years ago, when he made us a mocha and a short black in the garden of Ampang's Yayasan Seni.
