Copa De Vino @ Subang Jaya
October 4, 2009
This tapas bar above La Cocina affords a bit more privacy than the restaurant.
The food here is the same as what La Cocina serves downstairs. Five versions of paella are available; we opted for the Cordero, brimming with tender, herb-marinated leg of lamb and veggies. Despite the lack of a crusty bottom, this was satisfyingly sticky and flavourful.
Sliced apples with hazelnut and raisins wrapped in filo pastry with Belgian chocolate, served warm with vanilla sauce and cinnamon ice cream.
