Avosome is launching its first cafe-store, a new creative haven for avocado aficionados, harnessing avo from seed to skin in tasty temptations and thoughtful provisions.

The guacamole ulam is a soulful Southeast Asian reinterpretation of avo toast: House-mashed guac with fermented soybean belacan, slow-cultured organic tempeh, herbs and serunding on sourdough, with handcrafted sambal tuhau on the side. Every element feels rooted in generations of culinary patience, coming together in timeless harmony.

Also try the avocado dark chocolate brownie laced with chia seeds, paired with the avocado onde-onde cooler blended with coconut yogurt. The menu stretches from avocado kaya to avocado oolong milk.

Avosome chases the seasons for its supply, sourcing from Australia and the Americas. Malaysian-farmed avocados from Sabah, birth state of Avosome’s friendly founders, shine at the start and middle of the year.

This space in Ampang’s Merdeka Place is also an experience store for avocado soaps, avocado seed jewellery, arts and crafts that channel Avosome’s no-waste perspective, collaborating with Malaysian artisans.

Avosome officially opens Friday, 18 September, with limited walk-ins today.
