Inspired by The Halal Guys franchise of New York City food carts, Adam’s Kitchen delivers rotisserie-style chicken gyro platters out of Cyberjaya. A portion for two persons (RM30) is perfect for sharing - tender, flavourfully marinated chicken is a marvellous match for fragrantly rich butter rice, toasted wraps, fresh lettuce and tomatoes.
Two sauces, also taking a leaf from The Halal Guys, round out the meal - a creamy white sauce with a tangy zest that tastes somewhere in between the Middle East and the Mediterranean, and the red sauce that's mildly more Malaysia with its softly spicy blend of local chillies.
