Founded by Australian sisters Lauren and Cassie, Sister Srey is a social-enterprise cafe that contributes twenty percent of its profits to Siem Reap's Hearts To Harmony foundation for education and healthcare. The vibe is upbeat and the food takes cues from both Cambodia and Down Under, represented by breakfast noodle soups with plenty of vegetables and avocado toasts with roasted tomatoes, pesto and feta.
