Fans of Japanese fare in Myanmar's largest city head to Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake's friendly Kohaku restaurant, which offers a nightly all-you-can-eat smorgasbord of seafood specialities prepared to order, from sashimi to sushi, lobsters to prawns, mussels to scallops. The buffet includes a free flow of green tea, but customers can splurge a little extra for a carafe of sake.
