The Poon Choy comprises abalone, fresh and dried scallops, sea cucumber, prawns, roast duck, fish paste with fatt choy, fish stomach, oyster and shiitake mushrooms, chicken, money bag dumplings, bean curd sticks, vegetables and more!
The Chinese New Year set menus comprise meticulously prepared highlights like Roasted 'Pei Pa' Aromatic Duck that takes a minimum of 2 hours to marinate and boiled before being oven-cooked and served with orange sauce.
