ANTE: 2021 Valentine's Day Three-Course Sets for Romance at Home

You can select from three possible main courses: The Ribeye Pork Steak set (RM92) is the one that crushes carnivorous cravings, with a caveman-worthy slab of ANTE's signature cut, grilled to greatness, thick and firmly fleshy, elevated comfortingly with a beautiful truffled butter sauce and tender chunks of olive oil roasted vegetables. After more than eight years, we still haven't had a bad bite of pork from ANTE.

While pork always hogs the spotlight at ANTE, lamb might actually steal the scene for Valentine's.

The Lamb Ragu Linguine set (RM84) is lovely, with lamb that's unmistakably flavoursome but clean-tasting, a testament to ANTE's focus on high-quality meat. Put on Puccini's La Boheme in the background, and the mix of luscious, lip-smacking pasta and swoon-worthy music should transport you to an enchanted state of mind. And if you're both dining together, take a tip from Lady and the Tramp on how to share and slurp up this pasta.

Passionate about poultry instead? Customers also have a choice of roasted halved spring chicken with green peas, mushrooms, roasted lemon and gravy for their set (RM78).

The sets all come with a tasty starter of sesame prawn toast with spicy sriracha mayo, moreish for munching; a side of crunchy deep-fried root vegetable chips, comprising cassava, sweet potato and taro; and a satisfyingly decadent dessert of panna cotta with passion fruit.
